- The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are governed by the applicable statutory rules and regulations enforced by the Federal Government of Australia and the applicable State Government of the user purchasing the goods.
- For Australian and / or New Zealand based organisations that purchase a global license of BIM-MEPAUS, to use the BIM-MEPAUS products and services on Australian and / or New Zealand based projects, in office locations outside of Australia, must adhere to all the stipulations in these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to section “Intended Use”.
Intended Use
- All material including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, advertisements and downloadable content is published by us and made available to worldwide audiences. If you access this website and the content within it, outside of Australia, you do so at your own risk and you must comply with the rules and regulations enforced by your respective jurisdiction.
- You agree differing terms and conditions exist between local (Australian) and international customers.
- The general public of all ages may view all publicly available material, however must not use or copy it for personal or any business related purposes, without the prior consent of BIM-MEPAUS.
- Registered BIM-MEPAUS users may only use material for commercial purposes when the user has a current and valid BIM-MEPAUS subscription or license.
- Registered users may be, but not limited to the general public, employees or representatives of companies, associations, governments or any other corporate entity.
- Each single BIM-MEPAUS subscriptions or license must be used by only one registered person. A single subscription is not permitted to be shared by two or more people and is not transferrable., unless in specific cases, a floating license is purchased. Additional users require an additional separate single login.
- BIM-MEPAUS offers multiple subscription and license types to cater for individual, small, medium and large organisations.

- License and subscription enquiries can be made by clicking the BIM-MEPAUS Subscribe link and completing the form to register for a new account, or by completing registration forms where appropriate for the relevant product or service.After completing a registration form, a BIM-MEPAUS team member will contact you via phone or email during business hours, to discuss the most appropriate license and subscription type and product or service for you.Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access pricing and information regarding our license types.
- Any online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods (Purchase Order) for the agreed online prices.
- We reserve the right to alter any agreed prices if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

Pricing
- Australian and New Zealand customers are billed using Australian dollars (AUS$).
- All customers outside Australia and New Zealand are billed using US dollars (US$).
- All listed prices displayed may or may not include GST or other taxes if applicable.
- Tax will be applied at time of purchase if relevant to each customer’s local tax laws.
- All prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
Order Process
- In most cases, access to BIM-MEPAUS content will be processed and available within 72 hours unless otherwise advised. During trade fair and event periods, please expect a longer process and dispatch time.
- Please call the AMCA on +61 3 8831 2800 if you have not received access to content within 7 working days of placing your order or if you have any concerns regarding the order process.
